No way dude! Chihuahuas are totally allowed in the competition! I took out that comment in my post because it was confusing. I just meant that the winner will the be one that gets the tiniest in comparison to his normal, standing self. It's not based on actual size. So Scooter is totally welcome to join in the fun!

I love your igloo. Do you think they make them for wheelies? Squirels are very hard to catch. Maybe Scooter could start with something less challenging... Dexter has had some luck catching moths.
