Well. I'm still here(Jamie). Apparently "someone' doesn't feel like "getting out today".
We're going to go to see my kid and grandkid. One way or the other. After releasing some colorful HBO words, LOUDLY,I started getting ready. (Note*released said HBO words alone. Away from the Mom. I'm not too old to be knocked into the middle of next week, ya know.)
Soooo,we are leaving at 4pm-90 min from now. the grandchild was used as bait(unbeknownst to the grandchild, but it worked. She has such a cute little voice on the phone:)
Sunny told me I handled it wrong. I should have given a low growl,a gentle nip on the neck with a shake. She said it has worked in her dog family for generations . Hmmm. Something to think about.
What factors in here is that after smoking for more years than I'll admit to, that it will be 5 weeks tomorrow since I last had a cigarette. I really am proud of myself and happy to be accomplishing this. HOWEVER, I don't have an extra nerve left to step on at the moment.
Rant is over. You just gotta laugh. Things always need to be put into perspective. (But it did feel good to rant for a miute!) hhahahaha
Soooo. Happy flippin Labor Day!
Hugs,
Jamie

Have fun visiting. We are impressed by 5 weeks without a cigarette! Too many humans don't even try to break the addiction. If you come up our way, make sure you let us know so we can visit with you. Too bad Saturday's game sucked so bad! Mom is an Aggie too ('78) along with Grandpa ('52) and lots of aunt and uncles!!
Thanks for visiting our blog!
Happy Labor Day!!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog, you two make quite a team!!!

Happy Labor Day guys.
We got our collars from
http://www.cooltexasstuff.com/dc.htm
And we live south of Houston, So far we haven't seen any activity. It'll probably rain some later in the week.
Take care!

Congratulations to your mom on going five weeks without smoking. We think she should get an extra treat for that. Muzzer surely likes the idea of the neck nip and shake, she may try it later this week with Aunt Marie.

Hope you had a good visit. The end of August was my Dad's 1 year anniversary of quiting smoking. I'm very proud of him and he feels tons better and has more energy to play and TONS more patience! Now he's working on the weight he gained. Moving has helped that a bunch!!
Congratualtions!!!
