Rainy Day

It's a rainy,grey day. Mom hates those. Personally, I don't care. I like water. Scooter,on the other paw, acts like he'll melt!!

The main problem with being in the rain for me is my curls sure do curl up alot!!! And the longer hair in my head collapses into small dredlocks. (Thanks for sharing these, Mom! Good grief) I think Mom may be inspired to give me that grooming I've been needing. Even if she says days like this are meant for reading or just doing nothing. (Which she seems to do alot of anyway if you ask me!)

Ike seems to have decided on Texas. Apparently we may even get lots of rain. Who knows. He isn't supposed to get to Texas til Friday and he may change his mind again to go further south. That's what he has been doing so far. Hope Ike is the last for awhile. And since it rained yesterday & today, I hope it stops soon so Mom will get moving!!

So nuthin going on around here much. Wonder if Mom thinks she'll melt in the rain too. She acts like it!

I think all things concerning Scooter's date have been ironed out. I did, on the advice of Gussie,decide to go and chaperone.(well also cuz her brothers said to picture "Hannibal Lector" about the muzzle she'll be wearing. OMD) We ought to be quite the sight at the Extreme Mustang Makeover!!
