It's 2009! And tree lobsters

Hi everydoggie, kitty and hammy. Can you believe it is 2009? Mom says time flies. She says the strangest things..I never saw time flying. Just planes and birds. Oh well.
We are at my human sister's house and will be going home Monday or Tuesday. So we don't have any pics to share. But we have been doing alot of squirrel hunting because their yard is full of them. It has been very sunny and warm and we've been loving it.
Mom says things are starting to get better. That makes both Scooter and me very happy.
Thanks for all your good wishes. We love our DWB friends bunches and bunches. Here's to a great and healthy year for all of us and our humans!!
Gotta go stake out a tree. The other day a branch broke and a squirrel fell down to the ground with it. And DANG IT, I was on the other side of the yard. By the time I ran over the squirrel was on it's way back up. I NEARLY got him!!! So I am staying right by that tree in case another branch falls. Then that tree lobster will be mine!
See y'all in a few days after we get home.
Hugs
Sunny and Scooter too

If you're lucky Sunny another squirrel might fall from a tree. I've found possums in our fireplace (luckily for the possum it wasn't lit). They fall down the flue sometimes cause trees overhang our roof.
Good luck next time.

Happy New Year to you all!

We have had a sick computer, it crashed and had what my Jeannie calls a "hissy fit". But my Pa got it working again thankfully.

I laffed at the tree lobster story, one day I will tell you my story about the cat, who fell out of the tree, on my head.

But this is for another blog post........ha ha ha ha!

Sunny Girl!

Glad to hear you're enjoying yourself hunting tree lobsters (NEVER heard them called that before), and that your mama is feeling better. I bet having more of your family together for the holiday may have something to do with that!

Can't wait to see your beard pics. Get them in as whenever you can once you get back. We extended the deadline. Does Scooter have any muddy face photos?

Goober love & smooches,
Stanley

Too bad you just missed that squirrel! I hope you don't get a stiff neck while you're waiting for another branch to fall.

Safe travels to you as you head home!
